Shipping & Returns
Thank you for supporting our small handmade business. Every bar is crafted in small batches with care, so we want to be clear and transparent about how shipping and returns work.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing usually takes two to four business days. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier once the order leaves our workshop. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within three days of delivery with photos and a description of the concern. We will review the information and help determine the appropriate next step.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within three days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product. We will assist you with filing a claim through the carrier. Replacement decisions are made on a case by case basis.
Allergy and Sensitivity Notice
Ingredients are listed for every product. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to purchase. We cannot offer refunds or replacements related to allergies or skin sensitivities.
Handmade Variation
Each bar is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, or scent strength are natural and not considered defects.
